If there is a conflict in your church , you must follow these procedures:

Conflict in the local church? The pastor and church leaders should try to handle first.

• If your church board committee is unable to come to some resolution that makes everyone happy , then you should consult your local conference leaders for help.
• If the conference is not able to resolve the problem, the conference will ask for some help from the union.
• Only if there are no final solutions to the problem using these steps in this order should the problem be referred to the General Conference represented by your division.

These steps should always be followed.
